Future plans with this app

Dear fellow gamers,

In this blog post, we want to share our plans for the future of our application and the upcoming Version 2.0 update.

At the moment, all users are able to freely match with other gamers either as a Teammate or as a Soulmate (or both ;-P). Our intent is to keep that completely free because every gamer should be able to find new mates for gaming! With the upcoming Version 2.0, we will introduce a couple more features like Guilds, Events, and extended Profiles (you can read the previous blog post for more details).

With these features, we want to give you more tools and benefits to schedule your gaming nights and find new mates for the right date and time. Everyone will be able to join these events and guilds for free as well.

We are introducing our first affordable subscription (to cover our costs). All supporters will be able to create Guilds and Events (be the leader of them), get a new name color, and enjoy a few more benefits. So a big thank you to all the supporters for supporting our vision of making gaming more social and connecting gamers.

We want to celebrate the launch of Version 2.0 in a couple of months with a bang and a special gift for our users. All you have to do is have an active account when we launch.

We are also working on more future updates and indie games for all of you. Surely, every user of Gamers Playground will benefit greatly in our future games, so stay connected!
